Examinee ID Policy

If the examinee is taking the certification exam in a test center:

  1. CBCA exams are delivered in several global locations at ExamStrong test centers. These test centers can either be one of the ExamStrong’s global test-center network, or could have been approved exclusively for use by individuals, who have been sponsored by organizations and/or institutions.
  2. An examinee must reach the test center 30 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled examination. 30 minutes of time is adequate amount of time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures for any examinee in a regular scenario.
  3. The examinee must carry two valid forms of ID from the list below, one primary with photo & signature, and one secondary with signature and present them at the test center when asked. Both the IDs must be original and current (not expired).
  4. Any examinee who arrives at a time 15 minutes or later than the start of the examination may be refused admission, and the certification exam fees ,in this case, will be forfeited.
  5. The examinee is not allowed to carry any personal items to the testing room. This includes but is not limited to any kind of bags, books not authorized by CBCA, notes, phones, pagers, watches, and wallets.

What to bring

Primary ID

  • Government-issued driver's license
  • Passport
  • Military ID
  • State/country ID card
  • Employee/school ID

Make sure the primary ID is original and valid and contains, the examinee’s name, photo, and signature.

Secondary ID

  • Any primary ID
  • Social Security card
  • Credit/debit card
  • Bank/ATM card

Make sure the secondary ID is also original and valid and contains the examinee’s name and signature.

If the examinee is taking the online-proctored exam in a private location of her choice:

  1. In most parts of the world, however, CBCA exams are real-time proctored, and delivered in the private mode keeping the convenience of examinees in mind. Which means you can now take your BBP, CBE or GBL exams in the convenience of your personal spaces – like your home or your office – after getting your computer machine and exam room ExamStrong verified for exam readiness.
  2. It is recommended that the examinee reaches his/her chosen exam room/ location 1 hour prior to the start of the scheduled exam. This is to ensure that there is ample amount of time to check, verify and approve the exam room and the computer being used for the examination by a designated CBCA-authorized testing body.
  3. Any Examinee who arrives later than 50 minutes prior to the start time of the scheduled examination will not be permitted to take the exam, and the fee will be forfeited.
  4. The examinee must carry two valid forms of ID from the list below - one primary with photo & signature, and one secondary with signature and present them at the test center when asked. Both IDs need to be original and current (not expired).
  5. The examinee is not allowed to carry any personal items should to the testing room. This includes but is not limited to any kind of bags, books not authorized by CBCA, notes, phones, tablets, pagers, watches, and wallets.
